Starlike Pro is a sixth-generation decorative epoxy grout for installation and acid-resistant grouting of mosaics, ceramics, porcelain stoneware, slabs, marbles, granites, and natural stones with joints from 1 to 20 mm. Its colored quartz microsphere technology is designed for color stability, durability, chemical resistance, and easy cleanup.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Starlike Pro used for?
Starlike Pro is an epoxy grout that also works as a tile adhesive. Use it for joints from 1 to 20 mm (about 1/32" to 3/4") with ceramic, porcelain, glass mosaic, large slabs, marble, granite and natural stone, on floors and walls, indoors and outdoors.
Can I use Starlike Pro in showers, pools and outdoor areas?
Yes. It's waterproof and UV-resistant, so it works in showers, steam rooms, pools, fountains, terraces and exterior facades. Wait 24 hours before light foot traffic, 5 days before full use, and 7 days before filling a pool.
Will the grout color fade or stain?
Starlike Pro gets its color from colored quartz and glass microspheres instead of the chemical pigments used in many epoxy grouts. The joints are stain-resistant, stand up to acids and alkalis, and hold their color in sunlight. It comes in 75 colors.
How long do I have to work with it?
About 90 minutes at 73°F. Apply between 50°F and 86°F, and don't apply if the temperature will drop below 50°F in the next 24 hours. Heat shortens the working time and cold extends it. Empty the whole Part B pouch into Part A and mix with a low-speed drill mixer (about 300 rpm). Hand mixing isn't recommended.
How do I clean off epoxy grout haze?
Clean while the grout is still fresh. Wet the surface and work it in circles with a Scrub Doctor white non-scratch pad, then wipe with a damp Sweepex sponge to smooth the joints and lift the film. Any film left behind can be removed after 24 hours, and no later than 48 hours, with Starlike Care (floors) or Starlike Wall Care (walls). For older residue, use Starlike Care Pro or Starlike Remover.
How much Starlike Pro do I need?
It depends on the tile size, tile thickness and joint width. Use our Starlike grout calculator to get the amount for your job. Starlike Pro comes in a 2.5 kg bucket with Part A and Part B pre-measured.
Can I add glitter or glow-in-the-dark effects?
Yes. Starlike Shimmers and Starlike Night Vision mix into Starlike Pro after you add Part B. These finishes are for indoor use only.
Is Starlike Pro safe to work with?
Starlike Pro is non-hazardous and non-corrosive for the installer, and it's EC1 Plus certified for ultra-low VOC emissions. Its Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and Health Product Declaration (HPD) are in the documents on this page. Always read the Safety Data Sheet before use.
